immediately, and quite possibly retroactively, we will be adding an
interesting twist to our opinion posts. While any model on our staff
is free to post an opinion in our opinion section at any time (or possibly,
models not on our staff who send in a good post), we will be showing
each post to our entire staff for review now. The twist? Opinion counterpoints!
If any model disagrees with any aspect of a post, they are welcome to
turn the post into a small debate with differing opinions and other-side-of-the-coin
points. This will enable our readers to consider alternate viewpoints
that may weigh into the conclusion that they arrive at, meaning whether
or not they will accept, or reject, the opinion. This will make it interesting,
although we see our critics out there making noise that we will be contradicting
ourselves, when the case is that we feel that all points, even if they
are polar opposites, should weigh in. We would rather certain people
accuse us of contradicting ourselves than accuse us of editorial bias.
We feel that all the angles of any argument should be put out there
with supporting information so the readers can decide for themselves
rather than accept what we have to say at face-value (so far, the opinion
posted today about advertised
model jobs which are spun into searches for those with no experience
is just something that we all happen to agree on. No counterpoint yet.....).
